Some of the features of the neighborhood are the five ponds, pine trees that will run along the entire length of the front of the subdivision and a five acre nature preserve. Abercrombie Woods will also have 36 pond lots and 15 lots that back up to the nature preserve. Home styles include ranch, 1 1/2 story and 2 story homes only! The homes will require 50% brick or stone on the front elevations of all homes. All homes plans must be approved by the architectural review committee.
